Daybook 5-7-09

Outside my window..... sunny and warm! And a freshly mowed lawn, which makes me happy to look at.

I am thinking.... about this new season of life being thrust upon me.

I am thankful for...a beautiful sunny day, my car that I got back yesterday (yay!) and that it was FREE to fix it, and that my son is totally off of baby food which is about $25 less I have to spend at the grocery store!

From the kitchen.... nothing going on in there right now, but IT'S CLEAN!!!!!!

I am wearing.... jeans, a blue-ish silver-ish shirt, and my glasses.

I am creating... more and more piles of yard sale stuff. I love decluttering!

I am going.... to take Briley to gymnastics in about an hour.

I am reading... same as last time, except I just finished A More Excellent Way yesterday, and added a novel to the mix.

I am hoping... for no rain this weekend!

I am hearing.... the washing machine in the garage, a chain saw outside, and my kids playing in Briley's room together.

Around the house.... I'm STILL working on yard sale stuff. I finished going through the hall closet yesterday, now on to the kitchen cabinets.

One of my favorite things... clean sheets on the bed!

A few plans for the rest of the week.... teach a piano lesson today, do yard work to get the back yard ready for my baby boy's birthday party (where has the time gone??) and go to a used curriculum book sale on saturday with my mom and my sister.
